Note: These terms govern your use of Sovereign Ease Healthcare services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions
In these Terms of Service:
- "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Sovereign Ease Healthcare Inc.
- "Services" means all healthcare and caregiving services provided by the Company.
- "Client" means any individual or entity receiving Services.
- "Caregiver" means healthcare professionals providing Services.
- "Care Plan" means the customized healthcare plan developed for each Client.
2. Healthcare Services
2.1 Service Scope: We provide in-home healthcare services including but not limited to nursing care, personal support, medication management, and post-operative care.
2.2 Caregiver Qualifications: All caregivers are licensed, certified, and undergo comprehensive background checks as required by provincial regulations.
2.3 Service Limitations: Services do not include emergency medical care. Clients must contact emergency services (911) for life-threatening situations.
2.4 Care Plan: Services are provided according to a customized Care Plan developed in consultation with the Client and their healthcare providers.
3. Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
3.2 Medical Assessment: All Clients must complete a medical assessment prior to service commencement.
3.3 Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information about medical history, medications, and care needs.
3.4 Insurance Coverage: Clients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage and providing necessary documentation.
4. Payments & Billing
4.1 Fees: Service fees are outlined in the Care Plan agreement. All fees are in Canadian dollars.
4.2 Billing: We bill on a weekly basis. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.
4.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
4.4 Insurance Billing: We submit claims to insurance providers as a courtesy. Clients remain responsible for unpaid balances.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
5.1 Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel services with 48 hours notice for non-emergency cancellations.
5.2 Emergency Cancellations: No charge for same-day cancellations due to medical emergencies.
5.3 Company Cancellation: We may terminate services with reasonable notice if safety concerns arise.
5.4 Refunds: Refunds for prepaid services are prorated based on services rendered.
